Christmas Dates

We are currently upgrading all orders to express post at no extra charge. Please order by the 4pm on the 19th to ensure delivery before Christmas. Any orders placed after may or may not arrive in time.

Online orders placed after the 23rd won't ship until Monday the 30th.

Our store will be closed from the 24th until the 27th of December reopening on Saturday the 28th of December.

We will be open until 9pm for late night shopping on the 19th of December.

Shipping Information

We endeavour to ship all orders either same or next business day but do require up to 3 business days during busy periods and new product releases to fulfil orders.

If you need your order in a rush please feel free to reach out to us so we can confirm delivery time.

If your order contains an item listed as either pre-order or "online only" please refer to the product availability section for more details.

Standard parcel post starts at $8.90 and express starts at $10.90 and increases based on order weight.

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $79 Australia wide, our free shipping can be upgraded to express for just $2.50. Shipping to New Zealand starts at $10.80.

All orders will include a tracking number. These are sent via email, usually in the afternoon and will include a link to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

We ship to street addresses, business addresses, post boxes, parcel lockers and post offices.

If you sign up for a free MyPost account with Australia Post we can ship directly to a Post Office for you to collect or a convenient 24/7 Parcel Locker. Visit MyPost for more information.

Standard delivery can take between 3 to 6 business days to arrive.

Our Express Post shipping option will arrive next day for 80% of Australian addresses and is just $2.50 for all orders over $79. To view which post codes are eligible for next day delivery please see further down the page.

We can personalise a large range of notebooks and leather goods with a monogram. This option will be listed on each product that it is available on.

Absolutely, visit us in store for a monogram performed with our vintage Kingsley Hot Stamping Machine.

For online orders please allow 1 to 2 extra business days for us to complete your personalisation.

Alternatively visit us in store where monogramming can be completed same day.

Product Availability

Most products on the online store are also available in store.

Some products like high end pens are shipped direct and not held in store. These items will be marked on the product listing as "online only" and will ship in 3 to 4 business days from the placement of your order.

Occasionally limited edition or limited quantity releases are made available for pre-order due to demand. If an item is a pre-order the add to cart button will change to the word pre-order. Each pre-order will have its own shipping timeframe listed on the product listing.

Products marked "Online Only" are not held in store and will ship in 3 to 4 business days from the placement of your order. 

Purchases & Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zip Pay and Afterpay both online and in our Aspley store. We also accept PayPal for online orders.

We are not privy to your personal information, just your address and name so that we can send your parcel. If paying by card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) we use a payment gateway called Secure Pay. Secure Pay is certified PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and payment details are secure. We are not privy too or hold any of your personal information. You can also use the most trusted worldwide payment method, PayPal when shopping online with us.

PayPal and Card payments are taken at the time of purchase. Afterpay and ZipPay are taken in instalments.

Afterpay and ZipPay are popular shopping methods that allow you to make purchases and receive your goods now and then pay them off interest free over instalments. You can find out more about them here.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is fairly standard. If an item is faulty or not as described it can be returned to us for a refund or exchange.

If you would like to return your item due to a change of mind, it must be returned new, in its original packaging and within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us via the contact page prior to returning your item and quote your order number.

We require you to mail back all returns to us before we can proceed, but please get in touch first so we can help.
