All orders placed before 2pm  are usually shipped that afternoon via Australia Post. During certain times such as new product releases shipping may be delayed an extra day due to demand.

Parcel Post delivery can take between 3-6 business days to arrive.

All orders shipped will include a tracking number. You will receive it via email which includes a link to track your order once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are usually sent in the afternoon.

Absolutely, we ship worldwide. You can calculate international shipping costs by clicking edit your cart and using the shipping calculator or during the checkout processs. We offer free International shipping to New Zealand on orders over $150 AUD.

We are not privy to any of your personal information, just your address and name so that we can send your parcel. If paying by card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) we use a payment gateway called Secure Pay. Secure Pay is certified PCI DSS compliant. This means all your data and payment details are secure. We are not privy too or hold any of your personal information. You can be sure that you are safe whilst shopping with us. You can also use the most trusted worldwide payment method, PayPal to shop with us.

PayPal and Card payments are taken at the time of purchase. Afterpay takes the first of four instalments at the time of purchase and the following three each fortnight until complete.

Afterpay is a convenient new way to shop. Simply select it at checkout and fill in a few basic details. Afterpay breaks up the cost of your order into 4 instalments paid fortnightly, with no interest or fees if payments are made on time. Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your item due to a change of mind, it must be returned new, in its original packaging and within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us via the contact page prior to returning your item and quote your order number.

Of course, our refund policy is fairly standard. If an item is damaged, not as described or faulty we will refund the purchase back into the account used when ordering. We do require you to contact us within 30 days of purchase and with your order number to be eligible for a refund.


We can monogram many products such as the Traveler's Notebook, Bellroy Leather Goods and Leuchtturm1917 notebooks. For the full list of available items please visit the Personalised Collection.

We ask that you please allow 1-2 business days for us to complete your monogram. Generally it's done same day but during peak times we may need a little longer. If you need one completed urgently, please contact us so we can help.

We can Hot Stamp up to 7 characters with your choice of dot points or spaces between each letter. We offer a range of different foiling options such as blind (no foil), gold, silver, black, blue and rose gold.  

Absolutely, all monograms are done in the store so visit us in person and we will gladly monogram your purchase for you. 

We do monograms for a flat fee of $15.
